Event Management Tools

 

Our event registration system is geared for membership organizations that need to offer online event registrations with online payment processing.

 

Many of our users actually use the system for community dinners, training classes, local events, legislative meetings and in some cases special speaking engagements (Hugh Downs conference from ABC news in Peoria is one that comes to mind that used our system). Member organizations can run attendance and logistic reports showing what the attendee has ordered (food, booth size, shirt size, table location and more).

 

Committees are setup in advance of events within the system so that they can share documents, event layouts, schedules and even to communicate via our event management forums.
