Absolutely yes... but in our case our specialized division called www.ScreenFlo.com will provide a free website with new orders that can be updated by staff without knowing website development tools.  If your organization wants to launch a state-of-the-art website with a limited budget than we suggest starting with a website template from  www.EasyEnternet.com and then have us adjust it. Screenflo will then integrate your new EcTownUSA system so many pages can be managed by you or volunteers that you've provided this level of access to.

We used to call this "Pampered Support", but although we no longer call it this... we still provide unlimited toll free telephone and online support at no additional cost to the organization or its membership.  The services we provide are extensive, complete and to the point. Everything including website, domain name, matching email and online advertising is provided to your members at no cost.  The value of being a member is now obvious when you use EcTownUSA.

Unlimited Chamber of Commerce and organization support services are included with our systems.  In fact the majority of the investment you make in our systems is used to provide a high level of support for your staff, volunteers and the members (see above).  In addition, we use a program called "Glance Screen Sharing" so that our support is always live (like we're there) while on the phone.  Some Chambers have found our support very helpful during administrative staff changes as we can provide that level of support remotely while you are looking for a replacement administrator for your organization or need help training a new employee.
