Paul has been a terrific supporter of what EcTownUSA has been developing.  Paul was the first Chamber Director to give EcTownUSA an opportunity to install our systems at the Quincy Chamber of Commerce.  We are happy to annouce that Paul has more then doubled the size of the Chamber he directs.
